This is one of the most asked questions in emails we receive. Tunica visitors know the South is known for some of the best BBQ in the country and well what's a trip to Tunica with out barbqued ribs? If you ask frequent Tunica goers where to go, the first word out of their mouth is Bally's. The award winning tasty dry rub ribs are hickory smoked fresh right there at Bally's! If you prefer Wet Ribs, sauce is available to "juice them up." Each mouth watering rib is tender and tasty leaving you with a "I gotta come back here" feeling. Update: We thought Cornucopia Buffet's Ribs couldn't be beat. We were wrong! Bally's The Barn has delicious, tender, smoked, wet bbq'ed ribs that would make any rib eater let out a big sigh followed by a yum. Any way you look at it you can't go wrong at Bally's The Barn or Cornucopia Buffet for ribs!
When you walk into the Cornucopia Buffet and look around at the high tin ceiling and barn wood walls you feel you are in someone's fancied up barn. Then when you taste the home cooked southern treats you have piled on your plate you wonder if Grandma is in the kitchen.

Other than the Southern Home Cooked station of Southern Fried Chicken, Fried Catfish Filets, Delicious BBQ'ed Beans, Greens, Okra, Carrots, Peas, and assorted vegetables you will find the Asian Station, The Pasta Villa, Salad Bar, Breads, and Sweets and Treats.
In the Asian Station you will find egg rolls, soups, fried rice, lo mein, those delicious long crisp fresh seasoned green beans, and a variety of Asian dishes. The Pasta Villa varies with an array of Italian and Mexican fair including lasagna, stuffed shells, enchiladas, and freshly baked pizzas, just to name a few.
Sweets and Treats Station offers enticing cakes, pies, puddings, no sugar added desserts or you can make your own ice cream sundae with all the fixin's!
