Oh my, I remember in the good old days, we would just pick a daisy and pluck each petal with anticipation of "loves me", "loves me not". The answer was cut and dry Loves me or Loves Me Not. We had a 50-50 chance and if we didn't like the answer we would keep picking flowers and plucking petals until we were satisfied with our foreseen destiny. Simple huh? There was no 60% unless we ripped a partial petal and geez we never even considered that! Same applies to visiting the casinos.
