Spring is definitely in full swing in Tunica Resorts, Mississippi!

The Queen of Southern Cooking, Paula Deen, is returning to Harrah’s Tunica Tuesday, April 21st.   7-8 pm The “Personally Paula “Event is priced at only $10 per person.  If you want to add a buffet to your evening , tickets are $25.  That’s a bargain any day!  You can also purchase her new book “The Deen Family Cookbook”, autographed by Paula.  Hear Paula’s personal stories and her ever so entertaining anecdotes from her amazing career as the queen of southern cuisine.  Don’t forget in the Paula Deen Gift Shop you can buy select    desserts to go.  What a great gift or addition to a special occasion.

Resorts and Bally’s are doing some heavy times your point promos.  If you aren’t on their mailing list for direct mail you may want to consider playing at either casino a bit to get on their list.  Both casinos offer free gifts twice a week, drawings, and offers only thru direct mail.  If you check their websites or here for promos you may not see much but once you get on their list your mailbox will be flooded.
Several people on our forum / message board have won some of the drawings and are happy campers.  $1,000 in slot play can be fun! The gifts can be fun too!  We usually pass our along to our grandkids and kids.
Krystal Hamburgers have been a part of the Tunica / Robinsonville scene for years on the corner of Old Hwy 61 and Casino Strip. (on your way to Sam’s Town, Hollywood, Resort area)  Things change and Krystals is now gone.  Checkers is the replacement.  We will really miss Krystals, but look forward to having Checkers.
